Return & Exchange Policy

Return Period

You can request a return or exchange within **7 days** of receiving your order (in line with Moroccan consumer rights).

Conditions

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with tags/labels still attached.

Items damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition will not be accepted.

Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order number.
2. Return the product to us through the courier.
3. After inspection, we will arrange an exchange, refund, or store credit within 5 working days.

Refunds

Since we use **Cash on Delivery**, refunds are made in cash through a courier or by bank transfer, depending on your preference.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Costs

If the product is faulty or incorrect, KILO MODE covers the return shipping fee.

If you simply change your mind, you may be charged the return delivery cost.
